Please be advised before purchasing on askmeboutmyhair.com site, Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges unless there is a mistake on our behalf. Ask Me Bout My Hair (KS DIVAS partners) is subject to verify all orders by requesting valid ID with all online and in store purchases. Ids and credit or debit cards must match. We will not share any of your information this is for our company to avoid fraud and fraudulent charges. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped from our store location. We encourage each and every customer to purchase insurance at checkout, to protect your purchase from any unforeseen events. We ship all orders priority with mandatory signature to insure it was delivered. We will not refund, or reship any order that shows as “delivered”, or any order lost/stolen once in the possession of USPS. We have the right to pursue criminal charges upon losing funds or products due to false claims. Customers will be contacted by shipping address in such case. We have the right to deny all refunds and exchanges once orders are fulfilled.
